Since its launch in 2018, philanthropy has played a vital role in lgbtQ+ @cam's work, with the funding of a doctoral position for LGBTQ+ related research. The lgbtQ+ @cam programme is incredibly grateful for donations which can keep us actively supporting and promoting research on LGBTQ+ topics, especially in this time of increasing student interest.

Clifford Chance"Creating equal opportunities for all is at the heart of Clifford Chance and deepening knowledge is key to achieving real progress. The launch of LGBTQ+ @cam has provided an excellent platform to strengthen understanding of deeply under-researched subjects and we are delighted to be providing investment to support this important work."- Narind Singh, Partner and Inclusion Committee Co-Chair, Clifford Chance |
Travers Smith LLP“Travers Smith is delighted to be the first corporate supporter of the University of Cambridge’s ground-breaking lgbtQ @cam programme and to be able to provide well-deserved support for the LGBTQ+ research being carried out by Elisabeth Sandler. We hope that this new bursary, which supplements our longstanding support for the faculty of Law and other initiatives in the University, will encourage other business and individual donors to add their backing to this exciting new programme. The bursary is part of Travers Smith’s wider commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion and diversity and inclusion more broadly, which is genuinely central to our core values and vision.”- Daniel Gerring, Partner and Senior LGBQT+ Champion, Travers Smith LLP |
